Students who are unable to pay the fees within the stipulated time (including those who are still waiting for the result of their application for financial assistance and those who have applied to pay their fees through EPF) must request in written form to their respective Dean/ Director for approval of late fee payment. Students are to submit a copy of the approval letter or the EPF application acknowledgement to the appropriate Bursary office to get their fee status updated in the system to avoid their status as student from being stripped (revoked). |

A) Pendapatan kasar (gaji pokok + elaun) seisi rumah:
| Bujang/Duda/ Ibu Tunggal (Tiada Anak) |
Berkahwin/Duda/ Ibu Tunggal (Ada Anak) |
| Pendapatan Kasar: Bawah RM 1,000/ Bulan |
Pendapatan Kasar Seisi Rumah: Bawah RM 2,000/ Bulan |
B) Pelajar perlu mendaftar Sekurang Kurangnya 11 Jam Kredit Setiap Semester
